CIVIL COMPLAINT FOR MORTGAGE FRAUD, VIOLATION OF THE FEDERAL HOME OWNERSHIP & EQUITY PROTECTION ACT, VIOLATION OF THE FEDERAL TRUTH IN LENDING ACT, VIOLATIONS OF THE RESPECTIVE STATES' PREDATORY LENDING LAWS, AND VIOLATION OF SECTION 1 AND SECTION 4 OF THE 14TH AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

For those who blame lazy homeowners for the "mortgage crisis"...please glide on by.

For those wishing to understand how Wall Street has defrauded America, I urge you to examine this lawsuit.

Mr. Muckle discovered blatant fraud in his mortgage, identified all of it, including the perpetrators. He has exposed all in this legal masterpiece.

It should be noted that Mr. Muckle, upon revealing this fraud, was offered a "Loan Modification" far beyond his expectations. To his own detriment and for the benefit of all he has steadfastly refused to accept it unless every citizen in his situation is given the same terms.

Mr. Muckle is a carpenter by trade and a brilliant man. It is people like him who will restore integrity and stability to our Country.

It will be fascinating to watch this lawsuit unfold....

This man is a carpenter by trade and makes me proud to be an American.

They ignored our Constitution and broke our laws. It is no time to file criminal charges and pay for all of this!

Indeed! If Mr. Muckle can work with wood as well as can he work with words and the law...he must be one fine carpenter.

The lawsuit (all 106 pages) is worth printing and reading.

Truly amazing.

So I guess we should just ignore the TRILLIONS of dollars in bad loans forced upon the market by left-wing political agendas using the strong arm of government.

Of course this is what some want because they want the practice of government interference to continue to distort the market.

While I applaud this man for not just accepting a new deal for himself but to instead fight for exposing the system and for all, the above line is pure BS and will just feed the agenda of fascist style political agendas in the market. We of course need to keep an eye on all of the market for fraud but to ignore the real cause of the financial crisis is only going to get us more of the same.

Thanks for the link...the new one I posted has been amended.

It will be amended further to allow ALL Americans to join the lawsuit.

As far as the trillions $$$$ of loans the banks were “forced” to make. That was a pure, solid ruse they were hiding behind to unjustly and illegally reap tremendous profits (untaxed)

No, it was a political agenda injected into the market by Progressives (democrats) to intertwine the market with government. Groups like ACORN were the fascist ground troops even that policed the banks and the market.

Of course once you use government to force a political agenda into the market in place of free-market principles then you have corrupted the market and people will look for ways to be profitable in order to offset the damage done by the intrusion. The Progressives and democrats themselves of course will accept some of this corruption to keep the market afloat as long as it still serves their political agendas.

And now of course we are going to hear leftist propaganda to try and divert from exposing the real core problem that caused the market crash (fascist government policies) by trying to cast all of the blame on those greedy capitalists, which is pure BS.

Please watch this great two part video. If you are awake this early today, I urge you all to review my freeper page in detail.

Judge Napolitano Interviews Ron Paul on Wall Street Bailout Fraud

Scroll down deep if you have not taken a peek at home page before. I put this page up to warn everybody of the coming financial tsunami. By using the term 'everybody,' I mean 'All Who May See This Post.'

Many people did not heed my financial warnings in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Some have now lost substantial savings and over 50% of their 401(k)s. Not to mention their alleged 'home equity' which was one vast and incomprehensible accounting system illusion.

Catherine Austin Fitts appeared on Cost to Coast AM last night. Those who listened to her know that she confirmed my reports about massive Wall Street fraud in sales of forged mortgage paper. Billions and billions of dollars in fake securities were sold by WS Giants. Exactly as I reported on FR in 2005. So once again, my reports and prediction have been proven 100% accurate.

If you ignored my warnings before -- Take heart. There is still time before that rats jump overboard. LOL, LOL !

With respect, I think you are failing to see behind the curtain. I like capitalism. I don’t like to see it perverted, which is what has, and continues to happen.

I am not trying to be disrespectful either but I see parts of your thread as trying to ignore the real core problem of fascism and to instead focus the attack on capitalism.

Muckle has the goods in that he calls this a Trojan Horse attack on the US citizen. We haven’t practised Capitalism since 1913 and the Federal Reserve cronyism began. When the Land belongs only to the people we’ll have Capitalism as intended.

The banks and mortgage lenders should not have gone along with the games of crooked politicians. They made a deal with the devil and now it is coming back to haunt them.

It will help American business in the future to understand that the safety of of being above the law for the corrupt politicans is not a safety shared by them. Therefore, it is not a good idea to corrupt business to please corrupt politicians.

I remain optimistic that if a Nation exists that is able to recover from such acute financial sclerosis...it is America.

Mr. Muckle, a common man, has very articulately put the Nation’s interest ahead of his own and should be an inspiration to all of us.

Being allowed to break the law is plain wrong and in no way a healthy component of capitalism....

The only way to fight the law...is with the law as been so done.

Can someone give the details of it a lttle and can others join the lawsuit? My Mother made some terrible decisons after my dad died and ended up losing the family home that had been in the family since 1941 due to a subprime mortgage. I am very interested in this issue.

Can someone post an executive summary of this lawsuit so us old retied soldiers that just carried a ruck sack and shot a rifle all their lives can understand the issue?

Thanks in advance.
