A Moderate,(somewhat fiscal, believe it or not) Democrat who is the “Hero” of Katrina, bringing folks from NOLA and putting them in the Astrodome, after the Superdome fiasco and the Nightly news drubbing.
It’ll be fun to watch. He’ll run on Houston’s success in the face of economic hard times,etc.
