Australia possibly. Wrong Ocean for Hawaii. Wave would be shielded by the bulk of Sumatra, and kind of messed up by the large Islands of the Indonesian archepeligo, as well as the Philipines.
Sri Lanka, Madagakar, India and the whole east coast of Africa, including Somalia and Kenya, had best be alert, if there was a Tsunami generated. Depth is shown at USGS as 19.3 miles, fairly deep. Depth at Pacific Tsunami Warning Center is deeper still, 31.1 miles. However they do seem to have issued a Local Tsunami Watch, but the link to the text is bad. But the arrival times are as indicated below:
