One consolation for stranded commuters is that there will be a vibrant sunset and purple moon, as the ash particles scatter the sunlight.

Consolation? I doubt it!!

Just saw a report on the BBC News which showed that Heathrow, one of the busiest airports in the world,is truly a ghost town.

When can we deem the eruption over and go on with business. Can't Obama-commie just it give a teleprompter seance or something.

This is really an inconvenient truth, because volcanoes blow aerosols into the atmosphere in ways only man can dream up, and it makes things cold as it goes round and round.

Megan Kelly of Fox News did a report on this Volcano about two weeks ago. The report claimed the volcano could eventually effect the entire globe.

That's more pollution than all the output from cars and factories combined.

More proof that global warming is a scam and mankind has no control over the powers of God's creation.

How much ash cloud does it take to screw up this year’s crops in Canada, Russia and the northern USA?
What happened in the grain futures market?

Scientists say the ash does not pose any health threat because it is at such a high altitude.

One consolation for stranded commuters is that there will be a vibrant sunset and purple moon, as the ash particles scatter the sunlight.

When the Iceland volcano Laki erupted in 1783, the following winter was so cold that Charleston harbor froze over. Some consolation.

Any bets on which DemocRAT politician will be the first to say that this eruption was caused by “global warming”?

If there is enough of it, it will contribute to global cooling, just as Krakatoa did in the 1800s. That dust cloud also caused spectacular sunsets and some very cold winters for a few years.

It is estimated that between 4,000 and 5,000 flights were affected on Thursday...It is the first time in living memory that a natural disaster has caused such a halt, a spokeswoman for Britain's National Air Traffic Service (NATS) says.

So give us a guess when so many flights were cancelled Ms NATS spokeswoman. During the Napoleonic Wars?

My husband is in Italy on business. He is supposed to fly home tomorrow evening through Amsterdam. Waiting to see what happens. Sunsets are no consolation.

I don’t know how Iceland can survive any more disruption.

Economic disaster
Volcanic disaster
Iceberg breaking off and flooding a huge area
