The content of socialist Obamacare is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 does not specifically grant Congress the power to regulate health care. People are not bound to comply with an unconstitutional act of Congress. This is the point people need to understand and impress upon their Congress critters.

People can join a class action lawsuit against unconstitutional, socialist Obamacare at www.obamacareclassaction.com

Moreover people can oppose Obamacare in two other methods. Support passage of The Fair Tax Act(HR25/S296). It will replace all federal income taxes with a national sales tax, by imposing a tax only once at the point of sale and abolish the IRS! Fair Tax ping!

I suppose that small businesses will just need to reduce all expenses below $600. A large expense can be divided into a number of smaller expenses.

The Democrat staffer claimed that Bush supported the same reporting requirements. I doubt that Bush supported the same reporting requirements. Even if he did, I would oppose this outrageous requirement.

This provision effectively forces businesses to replicate their records for the IRS. The IRS will effectively become employed as the company’s accountant.

Rather than forcing companies to submit large numbers of 1099s, I predict that the IRS will just vacuum bank records. The IRS will receive copies of all transactions above the threshold. The IRS will insist that taxpayer identification be attached to all transations above the threshold.

From what I understand......it would cost me $2k per year in penalties to not have "gov. health care".

Well...what if millions of folks did that?
