The REAL issue here is that there’s another flag flying ABOVE the U.S. Flag!
This is a misuse of the signal. Good attention grabber though.
I think all Gulf Coast states should fly at the very least their state flags upside down.

I’m prior service and I take no offense in this. If an American liberal can burn the flag to send a message, an American patriot can fly it upside down to send a message as far as I’m concerned.
Personally, I’d like to see every home in America fly the U.S. Flag upside-down.

My flag is being flown upside down (with a Gadsden flag beneath it...24 hrs a day, lit at night.
As stated in my profile.....we have soldiers, this very day, fighting for and dying for all that our Flag represents.....all the while, our nation is being systematically destroyed from within. It will remain so until all communists, marxists, maoists, and socialists are OUT of OUR White House and our Republic restored.

Personally; I think this individual is trying to tell the rest of the country and media that our homeland have been turn upside down by Obama and his thugs.

I already have an upside down US flag, a Gadsden flag and when Alaska has some form of statewide disaster I will fly its flag upside down.
I think this is also used as a symbol akin to an SOS if one is in severe danger.
