You need to stop repeating this LIE of the left. Quayle was in a classroom with 3rd (?) graders and the teacher held up a cue card with the infamous spelling; and Quayle read from the teacher's cue card.

I'd never heard this about a cue card. But that being the case, doesn't it make it that much worse -- that he just blindly read from a cue card without doing mental editing? Don't get me wrong ... I liked Quayle. But what it boils down to is, did he misspell the word or not? If he didn't catch the error, then he should take the heat, IMHO.

The point I was trying to make is, Quayle's error was insignificant -- "small potatoes", if you will -- compared to the errors (cough, cough) of Obama.

Since there was minimal reporting on the misspelled cue card, it's no surprise to me that a lot of people never heard about it.
