I understand, but after her ruling on that spotted owl I had no doubt she would rule this way so not surprising.

Only reasons I’m not pissy about the ruling:

1. Sort of expected it
2. It’ll go to the Supremes (though not a slam dunk there)
3. It hurts Dems
4. It hurts McLame
