Sarah Palin Experienced "Nightmare" Camping Trip with Kate Gosselin

The videotaped Alaska camping trip between reality star Kate Gosselin and political personality Sarah Palin was a 'nightmare,' a source told the National Enquirer.

According to the tabloid, Gosselin lasted just two hours in the woods, before storming off in tears. The story suggests Gosselin acted like a 'diva' upon finding out about the bathroom situation. For the record, Palin pleaded for her to stay.

RWR was brilliant at winning over Dems and Independents. Sarah hasn’t shown herself to be capable of gaining the allegence of a broad swath of the electorate. This kind of childish stunt doesn’t help.

Ultimately, Reagan did win over Dems and Independents, but he didn't do so right at first. He was considered too conservative for the Country Club Republican set, so he went straight to the people to get his message across. Sarah is doing much the same thing with her Facebook and Twitter accounts, as well as her editorials for newspapers, and endorsements for conservatives seeking office. I believe the more regular folks see that she's not a wild-eyed idiot as she is portrayed by the MSM, they'll begin to pay more attention to her, directly, and less to those who continue the 'conventional wisdom' that came out during the election of 2008.

Geez...little Katie should take a walk on the Appalachian Trail sometime...facilities near lean-tos usually consisted of a sturdy branch strapped between two trees, about two feet off the ground. Once in a while, one of the trees would have a spike driven into it with a roll of toilet paper hanging from it...for the city folk, natch. :-)

Paring Our Gal Sarah who has cojones and can whip a moose -with Kate Gosslin who has not been able to see her way through her whining and tears most of her life...well, that is just funny. Kate’s tantrums about organization and cleanliness on her own show drove her husband out, and her crybaby display on that dancing show showed America she is one pitiful immature gal. Her behavior should have warned the producer of an outdoorsy-see-Alaska show that she was hardly the one to be part of the camping scene where grownups play.

I remember camping as a child with my father. Two stumps cut off at knee length, with a board stretched across them. This was for the girls and ladies. A shovel was provided.

So, what was the problem?

Out at our campsite in the deer woods, that's what we require of all, unless you want to haul out your camper once a week to empty the holding tanks.

Since most of us leave an older camper out on site year round, it's the only way to keep things fairly neat.

Just line the bucket with a garbage bag, toss in some kitty litter when you finish your business and backhaul all waste and garbage when you leave...works for us, including the wives who come out to hunt on occasion.
