I am sure the TOTUS-reader is logging in his journal: “Dear diary, Chavez gave me another great idea today.”

I like that word “nationalized”.

Maybe soon, the cops can start using that word to describe people who rob banks.

“Today, three Bank Nationalizers were caught outside a California Wells Fargo branch.”

If commies like Chavez and Castro took over the Sahara desert nothing would happen for six months, after which they’d have to start importing sand.

I don’t recall any wild feral pigs that were marxist in Atlas Shrugged. Hugo could be in the sequel however...

There's nothing funny about this. The SOB said he's doing it to continue on his road to Socialism.

We should tolerate nothing like this in the Americas. This guy is a cancer who should be eliminated, in the way that Castro never was.

Chavez is sitting on resources to wage war and become the dictator of South America if he gets far enough.

We know where the Kenyan Pretender comes down on this. But where is the Republican Party? Will they vehemently condemn this ominous act?

A standard comment about Chavez I've read in several Spanish forums/articles:

Es el Rey Midas al revés. Todo lo que Chávez toca, lo convierte em mierda.

He's King Midas in reverse. Everything Chavez touches, turns into $h**.

Another business down the tubes, in the name of socialism. The goose that lays the golden eggs last gasp.
