Problem is once you put a non-stealty aircraft into the mix you give up the element of surprise. Using an all stealth force the first time the Iranians and Venezuelans know what is happening is when the missile sites start to blow up. But turning on the active jamming from either an EA-6B or EF-18 is like a big neon sign yelling "I'm Attacking You Now!". By the time you get to the missile sites the missiles may already be on their way to San Juan or Tampa.
