Nobody has burned her house down or her car out? What a bunch of sheep. If someone came after my son as you just described, it would be, literally, me against them, badge or no badge. It is pure self defense.

It has happened. It has not worked out very well for the parents.

It is the law. How people let such laws get passed, I'm sick over. But having spoken with attorneys who are familiar with this, it is the law. She can arrest a kid for sexual assault because some former girlfriend says he touched her on twenty five occasions. The kid gets 25 charges of sexual assault. Didn't happen on school property, nor during school, but in private homes. It usually takes place when girl is upset because another girl is sucking face with her old boyfriend.

Another one they do, is to arrest you while at home, on the couch watching TV for drunk driving because two hours ago someone at the golf clubhouse saw you drink and then drive home. I'm talking 50 year old men and women, not kids on this part.
