Great write-up. I’m sorry WND would rather have a story to sell than the facts. I must admit that I was a “missile man” when the video first broke. But some well-argued posts here on FR and a couple web-sites convinced me that, first, I didn’t have all the facts in my hand before stating my belief. And, second, I was giving the sole source of the video too much credit. Finally, when the story disappeared without appreciable fallout, I figured it had to be a jet’s contrail. This clinches it!
The reticence of the Øbongo regime to be honest or candid with the American people helped fuel the “contrail” controversy. It took forever before the aircraft was identified - something that should have been done immediately.
Please talk me out of the ‘spiral pattern’. No one has even tried yet. Commercial jets don’t fly in spiral patterns, so I suppose the earth spun in a spiral orbit just to humiliate WND. It’s Mother Earth seeking to conspire against religious conservatives to promote global warming? Why did the earth create this hoax?
