Check this out. It is an email from John Young of cryptome.org and co-founder of Wikileaks. Young left when Assange claimed the first act of Wikileaks should be to raise $5 million. Young, who ran a similar site to Wikileaks, knew this was totally necessary, and assumed Assange wanted the money to buy information, rather than waiting for someone to leak it.

"Announcing a $5 million fund-raising goal by July will kill this effort. It makes WL appear to be a Wall Street scam. This amount could not be needed so soon except for suspect purposes.

"Soros will kick you out of the office with such over-reaching."[Emphasis added]

Soros?

Soros, Obama, and Assange are fellow travelers. Is it any wonder all of this (financial collapse, Obama election, Wikileaks) is happening at the same time?

All puppet strings lead to Soros.

Okay, this web page was actually to try to point out Soros nor the CIA were funding Wikileaks. But the context of the original Jan 2007 email suggests the idea of getting money from either Soros or fleecing the CIA was proposed.

Soros' Open Society Foundations did not contribute to Wikileaks above board, but who is to say there are not laundered contributions (prepaid credit cards funding Wikileaks via PayPal). Just like prepaid credit cards were used to fund Obama's campaign anonymously.

I still have to wonder what was meant by "Soros will kick you out of the office with such over-reaching." I guess the idea is if Wikileaks went to Soros and asked for $5, he would not oblige. Or it means Soros and Assange collaborated on Wikileaks, and Soros would kick Assange out of the kingdom if he overreached during the creation of Wikileaks.
