The new legislature has to shut him down. Politically and financially.

This is a losing strategy for Øbongo and could play huge in his defeat in 2012. All it takes is a pubbie strong enough to point out that the President is elected to do the bidding of the American people, not run his own private enterprise.
Now if we only had a strong pubbie...;-)

We will not allow the administration to regulate what they have been unable to legislate, Rep. Fred Upton (R-Mich.), the incoming chairman of the House Energy and Natural Resources Committee, said last week. Bravo! Now I hope and pray they back this up with effective action and shut-down the hussein-insane agenda.
White House efforts to issue major regulations are unprecedented,...
Of course, hussein obama and his cohorts in crime are unrepentant big-government socialist and elitists. They truly believe they know what is best for everyone. Scary thought, isn't it? People too stupid to recognize socialisms 100% failure rate think they know best. Ironic and funny if it weren't real. That is why they must be stopped.

We will not allow the administration to regulate what they have been unable to legislate, A simple agenda to restore American greatness:
1. Do not allow any federal legislation to be considered without the bills author pointing to the specific language in the constitution allowing that legislation
2. Do not fund any existing federal agency or program that does not have specific language in the constitution authorizing that agency or program.

The house has control of the funding. Cut the Kenyan off at his financial knees. Do it, Boehner, you'll get no second chances and a lot of eyes are watching what you do.

Republican president tries "working around" the Congress? Why, he's "trying to achieve by executive fiat what he failed to achieve at the ballot box." Or he's "governing against the will of the people." Or he's "shredding the Constitution." Or he's "imposing his narrow, autocratic vision on an unwilling electorate." Or he's "ruling by decree." Or he's "behaving as if he'd been made a king, not elected a President." Or he's "being controlled by powerful interests whom he favors for ideological reasons."

Color me skeptical on the idea the Republicans are going to do a damn thing to stop him.
I have more confidence letting a taco fart in a white suit than I have in Boehner. I hope I am wrong.

Obama needs to be impeached, tried for treason and brought to justice by a jury of military families who lost loved ones due to Obama’s insane rules of engagement.

They can be de-funded (or not funded).

Yes, that is what we want, but getting the people in Washington to do it is the other thing.

You have my vote on that!
We still need to have a bout 5 million armed voters show up in Washington and drag those congress critters out for retraining.

Barack the Kenyan is one unAmerican SOB. We’ve got a government that We the People said should work a certain way. This ***hole is making up his own damn rules as he goes along. It’s time for We the People to stand up and say, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. It’s time for us to show this Kenyan SOB how the American government is supposed to work.
