Sounds more like an axis shift and that would be a normal wobble that spinning objests do every so often, like a childs spinning top. Kind of hard to blame that on human activity so as to get rich and would also cause some climate changes.

I’m with you, fella! Tampa International Airport recently had to change their runway designations due to a shift in the magnetic north. If there’s even a 1 degree shift, there will be drastic changes in global activities (see Australia).
