Quakes in the Honshu area don’t seem to have slowed down any.
4 - 5 Richters coming at about 15 min intervals.

Doesn’t sound good to me but admittedly I’m not educated on ‘aftershock’ behavior.
Quake science isn’t very good. There are so many unknowns — it’s not like weather where you can look at any place in the atmosphere that you can send a probe.
My son lived in Honshu at one time. He’s here with me now...safe at home in the USA.
Like birth pangs. I don’t know how they tell the difference between aftershocks and not more earthquakes. Those poor people I can’t even imagine.
