Photobucket Here in Tampa, we have a blvd. that they have been working on for a year and it still isn't finshed. I guess it's hard to complete anything when you have one guy working and six drinking coffee and leaning on shovels.

They’ve been working on I-95 in New York since I went to college at age 16. Last time I went through there there was still sections being worked on. I’ll be 47 in September.

The Humback Bridge in DC is the King of slow projects. 100 ft of agony that is going into it’s 4th year.
