When Rush says that “shariah law says interest is sinful” I doubt that the religeon is talking about the lender. Instead, I’d wager that it is in reference to the borrower. It is genarally the same in all religeons, the borrower is slave to the lender and all that...
If you take that to the extremes, the borrower volantarily enslaves himself to another, therefore you can not serve God. That is the sin....if you want to take it to an extreme....

In the meantime, Ben Ben prints more money during negative GDP growth handing the US citizen a hidden tax bill in the form of inflation (beginning of the recession in 2008)and buys US Treasuries when no one else does as a means to pay the interest on the total debt.
