WASHINGTON – Barack Obama finally has released his long-form birth certificate from Hawaii, and a Washington Post report today explains how the decision came about because of the president's distress that questions about his eligibility were dominating news cycles and his important messages were getting no traction.
So it happened on April 21, White House Counsel Robert Bauer told Anne Kornblut at the Post, that he asked Obama's outside counsel, Judy Corley of Perkins Coie, to contact the Hawaii Department of Health to find out what would be needed to get the copies of the birth certificate.
That, of course, was less than a full day after the definitive book on presidential eligibility, "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to Be President," was featured on the Drudge Report and rocketed to No. 1 on Amazon – weeks before it even is due to the published.
The in-depth investigation of Obama is by two-time No. 1 New York Times best-selling author Jerome Corsi, and the Drudge Report declared, "The street date is a LONG month away, and author Jerome Corsi, the man who torpedoed John Kerry's presidential dreams with SWIFT BOAT, has gone underground and is holding his new findings thisclose."
"'It's utterly devastating,' reveals a source close to the publisher. 'Obama may learn things he didn't even know about himself!'" Drudge said.

This whole thing is strange. I have been going over this since Wednesday, somebody posted this to me today and might explain part of what you are questioning:

In particular have a look down near the bottom in the “Conclusions” section for an apparent explanation of Sinclair’s name on the BC. I’m still somewhat unclear on who claimed to have delivered him.
Does anyone believe that the framing fathers would allow a test of eligibility based on paperwork instead of using an inalienable truth of lineage?
Perhaps we should all stop focusing on forgeries and start focusing on the test of natural law.

The MSM had an orgasm and Obama's announcement made it sound that the LONG form was finally submitted.
Imagine an idiot submitting the same lame form time after time and acting like he he just invented calculus. That the MSM has the same deep problem comprehending the difference between the long form prepared by the hospital and the "Certificate of Live Birth" which apparently is totally made up by whomever applied for it is mindblowing.
Where is the hospital long form?
Something is seriously wrong with the State of Hawaii, the hospital in question, the Democratic Party or Obama's team or all four.

I think we could ask Condeleeza Rice. So near the end of the Bush term she kind of liked the State Dept. position and I believe she thought black lady to black man she might could keep the gig (she says favorable Obama comments). So in the middle of some presser about something else, she takes the opportunity to literally blurt out that they nabbed the Passport snoopers and the system worked. I believe she was saying I know your secrets and give me something here. But, I’m just speculating but something was/is really peculiar here.
As secretary of state, wouldn’t she or her minions be able to see his passport file?? Hmmmmm

And where did this document come from? When was it put up on the net and who put it there?

She stated it. West never said it and he was conveniently deceased at that time.
I've no idea. But I definitely saw it before Obama's release of his long form. I assume Ms. Coats came across a discussion of the issue and realized her long form might be useful as a specimen of what a Hawaiian long form of the time period looked like. It and the Nordyke twins's are not the only Hawaiian long forms to have been posted, although the Nordyke example is the closest in terms of time (and now evidently place as well, shooting down the nutcases who thought they caught an anachronism in the hospital name).
At this point, anything without a clear provenance that has no connection with Zero’s peeps is suspect.
Something that someone posted on the internet means squat, basically.
A little googling indicates Edith Coats's long form was posted by her brother, James Coats, who runs passportsusa.com. It was part of a birth certificate critique he posted in 2008 shortly after the election, in which he draws unfavorable comparisons between Obama's short form and his sister's long form. I quote:
The birth certificate below [Obama's short form, as shown to FactCheck.org] is an example of a birth certificate with major problems. The missing information is that there is no doctor’s signature or any signature of any witness nor is there the name of a hospital. You could have problems getting a US Passport with this birth certificate. This is an example of what the State Department referrers to as a “short abstract version of a birth certificate.” This is a re-issued birth certificate which is not a problem because people lose their birth certificates all the time but this one is missing vital information.

Mr. Obama “President Elect” is hiding something. This could all be solved in an instant simply by showing the source documents of his birth. As to my misspelling of his name that should not have occurred but non-American names do have their issues with spell check and my own spelling (lack of) abilities.I served 12 years in the public school gulag and 4 years of hard political indoctrination and I still have problems with spelling had I been home schooled I would not have this crippling handicap.
