Yes, but that is specifically designed to have a given spin from the start. No particular reason any given random explosion would share that designed in property.

An explosion of space has no particular orientation in space. Your comment reminds me of the rat politician and I don't remember his/her name, who said it was disrespectful for astronauts to take an upside down picture of earth from space.
