Wow..

Well in that NOAA graph, it looks like a swirling storm system just sitting off the California Coast....

I think they have said they are worried about some intense flooding in Northern California, and the levees holding up near Sacramento..

Certainly an unusually tight pattern that you don't see everyday, especially off the coast of California.
