We finally warmed to 60 degrees at 1500 hrs but there is a wind gusting to 30 mph out of the west, definitely not cut offs and tank top weather. :-)
It’s 3:15 PM here and we finally made it to 50 degrees. You’re MUCH warmer than we are!
