The bay was about a foot below normal when I drove to work.

Chances are the bay will be at its normal level or higher when I drive home later today.

For once I agree with the warmists! Of course NASA's sea level observations change according to the climate! For the past few years with 'rats in charge, NASA gets funding based on how much they tout Glowbull Warming. NASA sees the Rasmussen polls too, and sense a change in the winds, or a "changing climate", and know they'll soon be dropping this Glowbull warming nonsense when the political winds do change.
