For the past few years with 'rats in charge, NASA gets funding based on how much they tout Glowbull Warming. NASA sees the Rasmussen polls too, and sense a change in the winds, or a "changing climate", and know they'll soon be dropping this Glowbull warming nonsense when the political winds do change.
