Well I certainly do. I’m a Native Californian, who can remember when East LA was a nice, middle class, blue collar neighborhood. No graffiti, unlocked cars and houses, and no bars on the windows or doors. All the signs were in English.
I will not knuckle under to cultural displacement. I will not be forced from my home. California is STILL part of the United States. I will not support ceding it to La Raza.
So there.
Ah, but I figure that when they take California it will act like a poison pill and all of Mexico will collapse. That is, after all the liberals get shot.
Then rational people can go retake California from Mexico. :P
Also - that was something like 50 years ago. I’m in my mid 30s and grew up in LA. It hasn’t fit that description in my lifespan, and if documentary films are to be believed, it hasn’t fit that description since about 1960.

I have read one study that says maybe one-fourth of the Mexican immigrants assimilate and about one-fourth remain as Mexican as anyone In Mexico City. In between are lots of people who are neither fish nor fowl. They are people of indeterminate culture and therefore lacking in many of the virtues of either race.
