Who was the Southern Conservative dominated RAT candidate in 1964? If memory serves it was a Conservative (by your logic) Southerner named Lyndon Baines Johnson. The man who gave us The Great Society, The War On Poverty, and other government-expanding programs that have only served to shackle blacks in dependency and substandard living conditions for decades.
