It appears they are trying to give some legitimacy to this phony movement.

Not if they rely on my answers.

“I believe everyone deserves the right to a free and high-quality education, including the first four years of college.”

“I believe that US government spending needs to be much more focused on the needs inside our borders, including a significant investment in rebuilding the nation’s infrastructure and providing a substantial number of new jobs.”

“I believe that entitlements for those in need should be a basic right of citizenship.”

In other words, the feds spending almost double what they bring in isn’t nearly enough. Also, those who are productive have an obligation to provide what the parasitic class feels entitled to. No, thank you. That didn’t work well in any other socialist or communist country, and it won’t work when Obama’s minions try it here. What if others follow in my footsteps and cut back or go Galt completely? Who will provide for the de3adbeats if the productive won’t work as their slaves?

I wish there were a survey to accurately assess what fraction of these protesters now benefit from “free” dependent health coverage for young adults under age 26 handed to them under Obamacare. Such policy initiatives unavoidably subsidize irresponsibility, weaken incentives for self-improvement and gradually deepen the dependency of citizens on the beneficence of government. I’m pretty sure that’s not what the Founding Fathers had in mind when they risked their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to create this great nation.
