Normally, the left-leaning Ben Smith of POLITICO annoys me. But after reading this tedious article describing in detail the infighting concerning Israel among the Democrats and their think tank appendages, I must confess to a sense of Schadenfreude. It all seems to portend Obama's loss of a good chunk of the pro-Israel vote come next November.

I hope you are correct. Bismarckian welfare state nonsense cannot be a substitute for Judaism amongst so many of my co religionists (the reform movement especially).

And this is not to mention support for... gay rights (a violation of the Torah btw...).
