They are a Mormon family, and thus, the values all come through. Maybe I'm misunderstanding your reply, but Truett Cathy is Southern Baptist through and through, not Mormon. Those are the values shining through at his establishments.

Sorry, I thought I remembered reading long ago that they were Mormon. I thought it interesting given they were from the South, but we have Mormons here, too.
