Not the people, but the politico-religious system devised by a sand pirate pedophile, slave trader, evil tyrant, and genocidal savage, spread by threat of force throughout the regions it currently occupies.
Even a reasonable fear cannot be characterized as a “phobia”,
and it’s reasonable to have a fear of a savage, violent, dominion oriented culture.
