According to one report I saw here earlier, the Toulouse Muslim terrorist was shipped back to France from Afghanistan by American orders. I don’t know any of the details, or if it was done under Obama’s watch. That would seem to be an additional reason for him to apologize or to offer his sympathies. If he had any.
