Only RINOs will vote for Romney.

Some will be Republican In Name Only posters.

and others will be Romney Is Not Obama.

Either way the result is the same

They all stayed neutral. She was not getting their support before she hired Rollins.

Limbaugh - that’s nuts.
What a weird thing, he has said he wanted a conservative, now he says “we have to go with what we got”.

Job 1 is get Zero out of the White House. Romney was never my choice in the primaries and once again I’ll be voting only for the Republican VP, but I will NOT let zero win and ruin my country completely.

Imagine a pie divided in R and D halves — now imagine the R part of the pie with a wedge of 3rd party or Non-voters sliced out of it. How can anyone not understand that a protest 3rd party or non vote allows zero to win in a close race?

If you don’t want or need my $20 a month, That’s fine. I was honored to be on FR since 2000 after Rush recommended FR, and to have met you at the Reagan Library years ago.

You know, I was pondering that if Romney REALLY DID nominate Rice as his VP, it could be that his strategy would be to try to win without the GOP base.

That's been his strategy from the start, and why his GOP-E hatchet men had to knock off any potential Conservative threat (like Palin) to clear the field and get him through the primaries so that he could then lurch a hard left, dump the base, and rely on a coalition of squishy moderates, independents, and disaffected Rats to get him over the November finish line, barely ahead of Obama.

Next for GOP leaders: Stopping Sarah Palin

NEVER FORGET!

Enjoy those new SCOTUS appointments, and the creative new ways they find to erase our freedoms.

Taking a hip shot in anger is one thing, but blowing off your foot is quite another.

Jim, even when we win, we end up losing.
We sent a bunch of Tea Party congresscritters to DC in 2010.

However, it did not take Bonehead and Cantor long to “turn” most of them to the ways of Washington.

Here's a thought, Leave Obama there and impeach his ass with strong majorities in the house and senate. I am not, and I repeat NOT voting for Mitt Romney.

the majority of GOP voters selected Romney.

I don't believe Romney won a majority in any contest. He won pluralities.

That’s what he says, but he hasn’t backed a conservative in a primary since he stopped backing Buchanan after Bush the Elder let him spend the night in the White House.

Hum.
Now lets imagine that the 3rd party takes away from the D portion and the R portion equally.
Now lets imagine that non voters who are fed up with BHO but can’t deal with Romney fail to vote......walaa the R side just got bigger.
See moon my scenario is as valid as yours, they both are just speculation and nothing more.
Jim Robinson of course can do what he wants, but moon what it appears you are saying is this “do what I want or I am going away”.

Such thinking is in fact the death of representative self-government.

Deciding how to deploy our sacred franchise according to such calculations, instead of according to principle, distorts everything.

Which is what has gotten to where we are.

That is a very eloquent explanation of Judeo-Christian based conservatism. I have no disagreement with any of it. However, a lot of folks couldn't care less, they just don't like having so much of their money taken and given to other people. I want them on our side too. ;~)

Who should be our candidate for President, starting at this rather late date? Is there someone, ideologically pure, with at least a 90 percent likelihood of prevailing over the Socialist Autocrat?

None less than the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court indicated the way to change things. Not through political affiliation, because (as you've pointed out) the parties are broken. But rather, through understanding the MECHANISM of power in this country.

Roberts is an idiot. Check. Roberts is a traitor. Check. Easy answers.

What if he's not either?

What if he did something profound? What if he used his position of power to ANNOUNCE something? Would anyone listen? Yet, what the hell else can he do?

Zot me. Hell, zot Roberts. But in the end, if you love America, how can you ignore DIRECT descriptions of the enemy's power base? The RINO-RAT ping-pong game ALL depends on this powerbase. Without it, they are history.

Roberts used the incredible power of one-third of the Federal government to draw attention to the mechanism that is being used to destroy freedom. DAMMIT, look at it! Fight with knowledge! Or you cede to the enemy the very ground you fight on!

Yes, it was interesting to watch a recent SCOTUS Justice create a new way to erase our freedoms.

But, Roberts wasn't appointed by a Democrat, he was appointed by the GOP guy.

Roberts has not been alone either. Warren, who started the abortion fiasco was appointed by a Republican also.

The real message that anyone should get from the Roberts disgrace is that voting for a RINO to get a conservative court is not going to produce the desired result.

With conservative majorities in the legislative branches of the federal government and in the majority of all state and local governments, we can impeach and remove or expel the traitors amongst us from their executive posts, their high benches or their legislative seats and reclaim our Liberty!

Repealing John Boehner should be a required campaign promise by any conservative running for Congress in 2012

Quit calculating odds and just do what is right. Because it ain't going to get easier... It is only going to get harder to do so.

"Still, if you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not so costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance for survival. There may be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no chance of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."
