“This school was targeted because they took Fed Money.”

What did they take the money for and doesn’t that violate the Establishment Clause...assuming the money came directly from the feds, rather than through parents?

My guess if it’s federal money is that it’s for the school lunch or breakfast program. There’s not much federal money for private schools, vouchers are typically state level.

It might be a stretch and I may be all wrong but I see this happening more and more in states that want a voucher program. Those that provide the money make the rules.

If this little school could establish an official national religion for $61,455, that would be a legitimate miracle. The Establishment Clause just means we do not have something like the Church of England.
