MHMRA is a huge network and has been around for at least 20 years that I know of. They provide mental health services for the developmentally disabled and special needs population of Texas. Among other things, they do the evaluations which determine who goes to Rusk State Hospital or receives services through the Harris County Psychiatric Center in Houston. Lots of work with the court system for 72 hour commitments and evaluations.

Most of the docs associated with them now that I’m aware of are Hispanic. Lots and lots of state money involved.

Now,now that's no way to talk about those clients of MHMR. Why would you assume that the rats are anywhere near as competent voters as those clients?
