I’ll kick it off!

Resolved: “The majority of people in Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania want a Shining City on the hill, but want it paid for by someone else.”

I was so, so, so wrong about the outcome of this election.

I have a few days of figuring out what I missed before I go tooling on the Republicans for what they missed.

I believe you're right. Prior to the election I had resolved that if the present outcome transpired it could only have come about because too many people are receiving a gubmint check and want to protect their slice of the pie. It appears that we have reached the tipping point and are no longer a constitutional republic but, rather, a socialist nation.

Yup. A majority of Americans pay no taxes. They’re happy to collect their benefits and let the rich pay for him.

There is no cost to Obama and no pain personally for them. And why change things?
