Been there, done that. In 1972, one of our pilots was undergoing S.E.R.E. training in the Rangley mountains in Maine. We cooked up flyers about him and then, two TA-4J Skyhawks loaded them into the speedbrakes, flew over the POW camp and let them go...all 2000 of them. Direct hits on the camp commandant's office and the prisoner compound. His interrogations were (as reported later) a real hoot. Loved that "Scooter", a great aircraft. VA-43, NAS Oceana, VA 1970-1972. A great time to be a Naval Aviator.
