70+ is about right on most roads if they aren’t jammed up. I’ve only used it one time because I don’t drive that way very often, but I thought the ICC was a decent road.

What is the actual average speed? Bet it's 70+.
It's been crawling with state police from the day it opened (including particularly during the "hey, try the road out for free!" phase early on - what a joke); so it's probably more in the 63-64 range from what I've observed. No good reason for the limit to 55 - the road is EMPTY because of the high tolls and it is reasonably well engineered.
