The midget is merely projecting.

You cannot rebel against the government if one stands FOR the Constitution and Bill of Rights as does the Tea Party.

It is the government that is in rebellion.

John Locke in his Second Treatise on Civil Government stated it is the right and duty of the people to put down any and all governments that rebel against the people.

The government has been in rebellion against the people since FDR.

FDR almost succeeded except that the pesky war employed people again and of course that would-be dictator died before he could sell off post-war Europe and Japan to Stalin. The government isn’t in rebellion, it is assuming the dictatorial powers of a king. The 1776 moment is coming close.

Yep. From that point on, the American people have been used as slaves, and the government has claimed authority over the spoils.

I would argue that the beginning of the end came when the Confederacy lost the War for Southern Independence. That’s when the overreaching federal government started. It set up the “Progressive” policies of Teddy Roosevelt, and continued with the racist Woodrow Wilson. FDR accelerated it similarly to the way Obama is accelerating it now.
