The American executive chain of command begins and ends with The President...not Nuland... not Soros..not The Brookings..not Bill Ayers...or anybody else...but the President.

When you have a Democrat acting as president, and he has the appointees the party operatives have belched up for him to put into office, then Brookings pulls all the strings ~ been that way for over half a century with that crowd.

Some people imagine Soros is the mastermind but Soros is just a rich old fool who let's himself imagine he's inluencing the ruling class when they let him get near younger women ~
