I thought only Hilary or Barry could give the Stand Down order...maybe Panetta? I’m not clear on this other than only a few could. I do think that is going to be the nut of the case.

I remember something about protests in Egypt....but at that point the vid had 200 hits....Also interesting is that “just a guy in the neighborhood” and his disgusting pig of a wife had been working in Egypt earlier in the year.
