Roza Zalkind - a Cheka Comissar for Odessa Region of Ukraine at the time. In earlier 1920s she was extremely successful in organizing infamous Red Terror there. Commies has buried her into a Kremlin wall for her achievements. Why doesn't reporters mentioning a background of people they want as to have sympathy to?
