I think the jury did hear that exchange. I don’t know how Chris Farley’s mom ever became a judge.
I believe the jury was not there when she asked Zimmerman if he was going to testify. However, asking George two times before the defense had even finished their case is pretty much unheard of, as I understand it. Nelson is a totally corrupt tool of the State that wants Zimmerman convicted.
The jury was not there. Why does your question need its own thread?
No.
she tells george he can remain silent.
then asks if he will testify
then after objections from defense, tries to get them to stop giving George counsel
repeats the questions,
cousel objects that they will find out when they are done calling witnesses and rest their case
keeps asking george for an answer, even tho sge said he could stay silent.
i believe this was a blatant attempt to trip George up. by the freaking judge. on behgalf of obama, doj, and the state.
I have been watching the whole thing and the Jury definitely WAS NOT there. It would be totally against the rules for the Jury to even see the defendant speak unless he does testify. They could form an opinion by just watching him say weather he wanted to testify or not.
No, the jury was out.
Another passing deep thought brain fart ego boosting thread. Look how important my passing thoughts are!
In response to a reply you got to this thread...it is a good question worthy of its own thread. Thanks for posting it.
It was reported that the jury was not present.
If I were on the jury and had heard this exchange, that along with many other things would have soured me even more against this judge.
This judge tells me that whatever you do, avoid drinking the water in Florida. Don’t eat the oranges either.
Has anyone seen her suck lemons on the bench? She has to be sucking lemons.
I don’t believe the jury was there. His lawyers would have objected.
Mark Levin agrees with you.
