For all of you who thinks that it’s wrong for an ambulance driver to refuse to carry a body, how do you feel about a photographer refusing to photograph a gay wedding?
Freedom of association means people get to choose who they will or will not do business with.
The only individual, in this case, who has a reasonable complaint against the ambulance driver is his employer.
Depends, is this a private hospital and ambulance that the family chose, our is this a tax funded community service that is employed to service everyone?
