I just started watching it this week. It’s silly but lots of fun. Promotes great Christian values in a fun, backhanded way.

"I may have to start watching this show. He nails it."

If you go to youtube there are several videos of Phil Robertson preaching as a lay pastor at various venues. A Godly man with a strong Gospel message.

Thinking the same thing. Not really intrigued by this sort of reality TV, but might be worth a gander?

For those of you that haven’t watched DD, START! You are missing the most Christian, family, and country centered program since “The Waltons”.

I may have to start watching this show.

It's worth it.

It's also the only "modern" (post, say, 1970) TV show for adults that I feel utterly comfortable with my kids watching. Pretty hard to beat solid religious and family values.

It's never about much of anything. No massive socio-political statements. I saw a couple last night....the guys had a donut eating contest at a local establishment. Phil and his wife went and bought a couch.

'Bout what you'd see in a typical weekend in the WBill household, only without the beards. :-)
