He talks “tough.” He tries to “punish” his political enemies (via IRS, Justice Dep, etc).
He tried to push the Olympics Committee to bring the games to Chicago (and he brought Oprah with him). When he failed he scooted back to the US with his tail between his legs.
He set the “Red Line” and said “Don’t cross it.” He didn’t think ahead to what he would do when they crossed it. He talks.
He will back down and the press will try to distract from the issue like they are doing with Bengazi. Unfortunately, this one is not something that will fade away quietly.
