The floods began Wednesday. Floodwaters have affected parts of a 4,500-square-mile area, almost the size of Connecticut.

Blown away! We had flooding to the west of us along the Wisconsin and Mississippi Rivers this spring...but luckily NOTHING moves THAT fast in Wisconsin. ;)
