Regular absentee ballots are generally among the first to be counted. Overseas ones can come in later.
I’ve still got McAuliffe slated to gain about 50,000 from the outstanding precincts in the blue counties with not nearly as many for Cuccinelli to gain in the red counties. Unfortunately the red counties are either small or have 100% of the precincts in or both. This is looking more and more like a narrow McAuliffe victory. Don’t shoot the messenger.
