if she is removed from life support and starts breathing on her own, I guess they will starve her to death?

Judge R.H. Wallace gave the Fort Worth hospital until 5 p.m. Monday to
comply with his ruling to remove Munoz from life support, which Erick Munoz
says is what his wife would have wanted.

The baby was 14 weeks at the time the mother was declared brain-dead.......had the mother not been put on life support the baby would have died as it could not have lived at 14 months. All parties agreed “at that time” to remove life support until one man stepped forward with the Texas law which was misapplied to this situation.

Now a Judge, the Hospital, the family and the attorneys on both sides have ‘agreed’ that the child is not viable...could not live outside the womb. Which is ehy the hospital did not appeal the Judges decision and therefore have removed life support today. Sometime about 11:00 I think.

Monday was determined only to give the hospital time to appeal if they chose to. They instead agreed to comply with the court Judge and removed life support today. There was no reason to delay this since the child was not viable and all parties agreed was so.

There is a beautiful woman named Brittany Love (maiden name) in this world who was not viable at 23 weeks either. But with heroic life support OUTSIDE the womb she made it. The 23 week old alive unborn child does not have mature enough lungs to breathe on its own outside the womb, but there are probably tens of thousands of human beings alive right now who had help breathing, long enough to then begin breathing on their own.

There is a scent of demonic smarm in seeking to portray this alive unborn child as 'nothing but a dead 'thing' being kept alive artificially'. This child, if she has been growing (that's what gestating means, for those being purposely manipulated by confusing terminology and inaccurate age designations) for the past eight weeks, should have the right to life even if that means breathing support for a few more weeks.

It is downright demonic to keep trying to deceive people into believing this is a dead 'thing', died eight weeks ago and being 'kept from God'. And frankly it is shocking that such deception is being tolerated at FR by pro-life Freepers!

So you’ve not seen anything to state the removal, only your supposition .

She can't start breathing on her own..her body is in the throws of rigamortus. Has been dead since November 28th. That fact has not been disputed from the start of this. The issue has been Texas Law regarding if or not that law applied to a corpse and if or not was misapplied to this case.

Even ‘those who wrote the law’ stated in court hearings that the law was not addressing a baby in cadaver...that it was not appropriate for this case but for a 'live' pregnant woman. Additionally many legal and medical professionals piped in on this case saying that the law was misapplied.

In my opinion the child and mother should have been allowed to go with God once the mother was determined brain and stem dead, for a 14 month fetus cannot live if delivered then.

All in all it's a very sad case and I wish had never gone so far as it has. Very sad in every way for all concerned.

Probably. The state is going to kill because they can. This is somehow a part of how we ought to see little-barry-bastard-boy care unfolding. The state will have total right over who lives and who dies, and who can or cannot try to save someone. Apparently we have a lot of jeb bushesque posters at FR now. The state will kill because it can.

The family of a brain-dead, pregnant Texas woman said Sunday afternoon that she has been removed from life support following a judge’s ruling that a Fort Worth hospital was misapplying state law in the case.

A statement sent Sunday afternoon by lawyers for the husband of Marlisa Munoz says she was disconnected from life support about 11:30 a.m.

It says her body was released to her husband, Erick Munoz, and that the family is now looking to lay her body to rest.

Thanks..... that was what I was asking for.

“Our client, Erick Munoz, has authorized us to give notice that today, at
approximately 11:30 a.m. central time, in accordance with the order of the
96th District Court of Tarrant County, Texas, issued Friday, January 24, 2014,
Marlise Munoz’s body was disconnected from ‘life support’ and released to Mr. Munoz.,”

__________________________________________

why don’t you just call Marlise a “rotting corpse” like her ever lovin husband did ???

does it matter to her since you consider her dead and gone already ???

does it matter how the baby is as you put it “incubating” as long as she is alive and growing and gestating ???

the baby was ALIVE not dead...

a living person was put to dead as in MURDERED today...

do you care at all about the baby ???

Is a dead grownup of more importance than a living baby though as yet unborn ???

but still living and growing and gestating and feeling ???

do you realize that the baby SUFFERED when she was dying ???

she smother catered with no oxygen..

she had pain and would not have died immediately but may have lived for a few more moments ..

the baby died a death we don’t let dogs die in this country...
