Yes, the decent law-abiding people on block B suffer the most. We lived in a mixed neighborhood in Spring Valey, NY. Most of our Black neighbors moved from those places like "Block B" and they were constantly worried sick about their friends and family still living in the south Bronx, Bushwick and all those "finer" 'hoods.
