The VA has created a system of perverse incentives... No matter how many people are publicly ‘fired’ or humiliated, the system will treat vets like shit.

I would generally support privatizing.

I’m no expert on VA care, but I believe in private practice.

My dad would not go to a VA hospital and he was always better off, as far as he said and we could tell.

A voucher or credit system seems workable to me. They might even be able to sell off some of the buildings.
